A Professional Civil Engineer with over 35 years of experience in infrastructure, hydropower, dam, irrigation, and water resources projects. Former Chief Engineer and Director Civil at WAPDA, with extensive expertise in feasibility studies, project planning, construction supervision, contract administration, dam safety, and project implementation. Provides strategic technical guidance and engineering consultancy for complex infrastructure and development projects.

Kashif Afzal

Director – Metallurgy

A Welding (QAQC), Hydro-Mechanical, and Materials Engineer with over 14 years of experience across hydropower, irrigation, and Oil & Gas projects. Expertise spans welding engineering, metallurgy, NDT, and QA/QC of fabrication and installation for penstocks, turbines, and gates, gained on major projects including Koysha (Ethiopia) and Tarbela 4th Extension. ASNT Level II certified with PEC registration.
